1. What kind of products are available at Friends Furever?

At Friends Furever we provide products & Gifts for Dog & Pet Lovers mostly of Human use like Coasters, Table Matts, Magnets, Stickers, Notebooks etc.

2. How do I order?

You can order online. In case you find any trouble in doing so you can call us Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm or can write to us at [email protected]

3. Can I get the products customized?

We don’t customize most of the products but we would love to do it for you for some products like photobooks, Birthday Invites & a few more products for which you can send the querry.

4. Can I send your products as Gift

Yes we can deliver the order directly to your loved ones with a special note from you.

5. Why should I be using Friends Furever products?

Well using the Friends Furever products definitely adds up to pawsitivity. Whether you are Happy, sad, ecstatic or down in dumps, your best friends are always there for you. Here’s to them the Friends Furever products.

6. Shipping

What are the delivery options & How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
The delivery depends upon the location. For regular pincodes the product will be delivered between 4-7 days. You can avail free shipping on a prepaid order of above Rs. 999/- in Delhi NCR Custom made Products take longer to be shipped depending upon the product.

Returns & exchanges

1. What is the time span for returning a product

An exchange request can b e raised within 7 days from the day of the product delivery

2. How do I raise the request

Please send an email to [email protected]. We will get the product picked up at no cost. You just have to make sure that it is unused. Once we receive the product back & do a quality check we will offer you an exchange. In case the product for exchange is unavailable we will send you a store credit & will let you know when the product is back in stock.

Only the first exchange will be free of cost but any consequent exchange cost will be borne by the customer.
